A new type of high pressure oil pipe which can be widely used in the field of heavy truck and construction machinery, has been developed successfully recently and obtained the national technical patent.

 

The new product is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and easy to use. The inner layer is made of plastic pipe body, and the outer wall is successively coated with fiber braid layer and polyurethane layer, which makes the tubing both rigid and flexible. It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, no deformation, acid and alkali resistance, strong temperature tolerance, low temperature of -50℃ and high temperature of 120℃, and it is very convenient to replace and repair. The fiber braiding layer is multi-layer compound, which makes the structure more firm. In particular, adhesive layers are set respectively between the plastic tube body and the fiber braiding layer, and between the fiber braiding layer and the polyurethane layer, so that the overall performance of the tube body is more excellent.
